RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you must submit a cancellation notice immediately our team work incredibly fast to ensure your products arrive as soon as possible so you must send a cancellation notice within 2 hours of your order. Your order can only be refunded if you have sent us the cancellation notice within this time. All cancellation notices must be emailed to: orders@nonastieskids.co.uk
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any items in your order please email orders@nonastieskids.co.uk with the reason for the return you can return within 25 days of receipt of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this period. If the return is accepted we will send you a return code to put in with your package. No items can be refunded without this code.
To receive a full refund, all returned items must be in a re-saleable condition and returned new, unused, intact and in the original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened are not eligible for refund unless faulty.
If we receive your returned items damaged we may not be able to offer a refund so please ensure they are packaged well before sending them back to us.
The original purchaser must provide the receipt or invoice as received when the order was placed directly with No Nasties Kids UK.
We will process returns within 5-7 days on receipt.
Paying for Returns
Regrettably, we do not offer free returns. Consequently any delivery and postage charges are non-refundable. For your peace of mind please make sure you ask for a stamped ‘Certificate of Posting’ to keep as a receipt, as we cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach No Nasties Kids UK’s HQ.

Refunds (if applicable)
As soon as we have received your returned item we will email you to confirm safe receipt. We will at that time also notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund. Our decisions to refuse the refund will be explained to you in full.

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
