OUR SHIPPING & DISCOUNT CODE POLICY
Despatching your order
Our standard opening times for processing orders and customer services is Mon-Friday 9am till 3pm.
*Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Only one discount may be applied per order unless specifically stated otherwise.
For overseas:
orders you will be responsible for your countries own taxes and duties. We do not responsibility for these payments, any packages returned to us for non payment will be refunded minus the shipping fee paid plus an admin fee of £5.00.
All orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days.
Our carriers
We have different delivery methods depending on your location and how quickly you would like your order.
We use Royal Mail or Evri for standard and Express deliveries, if you experience any issues with Royal Mail, please get in touch on 0207 627 5166 / Evri 0330 8085456.
PLEASE NOTE: our warehouse only sends goods out Monday-Friday, so orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon and on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched Monday.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are applied at checkout.
UK Standard Delivery: From £4.99 (arrives in 2-4 working days from dispatch) *if your order is over 2kg in weight delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change.
UK Express Delivery: From £5.99 (place order before 1pm Monday - Thursday to receive your order 1-3 working days from dispatch) *if your order is over 2kg in weight delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Prices subject to change. Please note we are CLOSED from the 24th - 27th December. Orders will be processed after this time.
Next Day Delivery: From £9.99 (place order before 12.30pm Monday - Thursday to receive your order in next working day) *if your order is over 2kg in weight delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Prices subject to change. Please note we are CLOSED from the 24th - 27th December. Orders will be processed after this time.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING TIMES AND OPENING HOURS:
Our Last Shipping date for Express Delivery to the UK is the 21st of December!
We can not guarantee Delivery in time for Christmas on Standard past the 18th of December.
From the 22nd December to the 2nd Jan, all orders received within this time will be processed within a 3-5 working days (not including bank holidays)
All UK orders over £75.00 will be automatically upgraded to FREE UK Standard Delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: you may experience some delays in receiving your parcel for both standard and express delivery services due to higher volume demands faced by our courier companies and that is not within our control. Please let us know within 10 days of receipt of dispatch if you have not received your parcel so we can contact the courier. After this time it falls outside of our policy timeframe for delivery enquiries, therefore we will be unable to investigate further.
Stock Availability
Unfortunately despite our best efforts, we cannot 100% guarantee that we have all items in stock permanently. If an item is out of stock, please drop us an email at orders@nonastieskids.co.uk and we can advise you when the item will next be available and get it out to you as soon as practically possible.
